Bereaved Wymondhammers can now get support at the Wymondham Library, which is hosting a drop-in bereavement café every Monday from 5:30-6:30pm.

The facilitator is a former nurse and bereavement-trained. She requested anonymity for this piece, but told the magazine, 'The only criteria is that you have been bereaved. It doesn't matter when or the type of bereavement.

'The whole point of the group is that there are no expectations. It is a safe place for people to talk freely about their grief and to share experiences. It's open-ended for people to come and go as they wish.

'It's for all ages over 18 and any gender. We are classless and open to all cultures and beliefs, or none.

'We just ask everyone to keep what is said confidential. You can attend once or for as many sessions as you find helpful. All bereaved people are welcome.'

To find out more, you can contact the Library at 01953 603319 or email wymondham.lib@libraries.norfolk.gov.uk.
