Norwich-Brielle Voices Performance 5pm, Wymondham Abbey
This international programme is called 'from Renaissance to Baroque and beyond' and features works by J S Bach, Josquin, Byrd, Holst, Dering, Kuhnau, Tallis, Sweelinck, Scarlatti and Pearsall. The singing will be interspersed with two organ solos given by the choir's director Ashley Grote who has been Master of

Art Society Demo with Denise Allen 7pm, Catholic Church Hall
Denise came to us in 2025 and demonstrated her ‘Deconstruction and Reconstruction’ technique in watercolour to a very large and enthralled audience. She loves to paint en plein air, and was once a wild card on Landscape Artist of the Year for Sky Arts. She is going to demonstrate in the little-used medium of Water Mixable Oils and perhaps make some converts.

Vanessa is going to present an illustrated talk on the fascinating life and work of her late father, the celebrated architect and watercolour artist James Fletcher-Watson [1913 – 2004] who was influenced by the Norfolk School of painters and exhibited regularly at the Royal Academy, as well as being the author of several books on watercolour techniques.
