Wynterfest 2022 brings more shopping choice than ever before, with most of the shops in Wymondham open for Sunday 4th December 12-5pm, as well as more local market stalls. The stage offers a full line up, including the headline band The Walks, Kayleigh Gare singing festive Music, our regular Mark the Busker as well as music from New Buckenham Silver Band and performances from Beyond Any Limits and Zumba.

Around the town we welcome back the annual Christmas Tree Festival at Wymondham Abbey and a new Art Exhibition at the URC Church on Fairland. The Made In Wymondham Market will take place again at the RC Church Hall on Norwich Road and back by popular demand is the Spangles Steel Drum Band. Roots Café on Queen Street invites you to visit the Donkeys at Bethlehem, and The Alpacas will be at Priory Gardens until 3pm. The businesses on Town Green invite you to visit the Reindeer outside their shops near the War Memorial.

New for 2022 is a park and Ride Facility, Park your car for free with thanks to East Anglian Motor Auctions and Multimatic, using their spaces on Copper Smith Way. Catch the vintage bus courtesy of East Anglia Transport Museum (suggested donation for fuel £1 per family) to Fairland Green where you can visit the art exhibition and indoor market before walking into town. Nativity sets and crafts will be in the Methodist Church and Gray’s funfair are bringing their children’s rides. A great day out for all the family on our doorstep, and a wonderful shared experience for the whole community.
