Thursday 11th May 2023, 7.30 pm: Looking out for Swifts, an illustrated talk by Caroline Spinks

Caroline Spinks set up Norwich Swift network in 2021 to help swifts that nest in Norwich (and beyond) in response to their fast-declining population. Swifts are arriving back from Africa right now so come and hear some Swift stories about why these birds are so remarkable, how they can sleep in mid-air. You will also find out how you can help Swifts in your local area.

The meeting will be held at the Town Green Community Centre, Wymondham, NR18 0PW (next to Wymondham Methodist Church).

Wymondham Nature Group (WyNG) is the local members’ group of Norfolk Wildlife Trust. All welcome - admission £2 - further details from Ann Carpenter on 01508 488337.
