Paintings in an art exhibition

Throughout September, the Arts Society exhibitions inside the newly refurbished Becket’s Chapel will continue, changing each week to delight your senses. Entry is always free of charge and opening hours are Tuesday to Sunday 11-4.

22 Aug - 3 Sept: STRUCTURES

17 artists from across the region have come together to display their paintings, etchings and relief prints to celebrate the amazing world we build. From rural cottages to industrial landscapes, fine etchings to pop art, there will be so much to see.

5-10 Sept: NORFOLK CREATIONS

This exhibition showcases a wide variety of beautiful handmade creations by Norfolk based artists, artisans and crafters. Including award-winning artisan preserves, cottage garden toiletries, wood turning, quilling, fabric crafts, handmade cards, photography, fused glass, needlework, decoupage, jewellery and more.

12-17 Sept: BRECKLAND ARTISTS

The visual arts from 10 perspectives - fine art, textiles, sculpture, photography and printmaking all feature in this exhibition.

19-24 Sept: FIRST MONDAY

First Monday are a small group of photographers that meet monthly in Wymondham for a meal and to chat about photographs. The exhibition will show a variety of work and different photographic styles.

26 Sept - 1 Oct: NICCI DEDMAN - WIRE SCULPTURE

Nicci’s creations derive from a fascination with wire and the forms that can be achieved with a single piece of wire. Each piece is made individually by hand, using steel wire mesh of various sizes.
