At the top of Fairland Street is the busy and ever-changing Little Boutique, run by the cheerful Kate Thompson alongside her team of helpful staff.

This award-winning business (including Retailer of the Year) is now looking for its new owner due to a change in life circumstances. It will stay open for the time being whilst a new owner is sought.

Little Boutique store front

The accessories boutique and gift shop is very well regarded in the community it supports. The business is prime for a new owner who can expand on the fantastic foundations that have been put in place.

They’ve built up an impressive client base both locally and online. It sees a high annual turnover, providing an extremely promising opportunity for the right entrepreneur.

Awards

The current team would love to find a local person who wants to have their own business and be part of the community. In the past, Little Boutique has proudly participated in events like Wymondham in Bloom, Halloween Trick or Treating, Wynterfest and many more. They often donate prizes for charity fundraisers and feature on fun trails for children in the town centre.

The business opened in October 2017 with a huge mix of stockists and has gone from strength to strength despite what the last 5 years has thrown at us. The reputation and word of mouth recommendations from many lovely customers continues to bring new supporters along with a year-round tourist trade. Little Boutique has won awards including Retailer of The Year 2022 for South Norfolk and has been a finalist in every award nominated!
