Wymondham’s very first Short Film Festival will coincide with the town’s St George’s Day celebrations on Saturday 23rd April.
Wymondham-based playwright, Tony Vale, has teamed up with scriptwriting colleagues Alex Perry and Martin Kready to collate a selection of short films, some of which have won awards at festivals across the world.
The programme will also include contributions from students at Wymondham High Academy.
The films will be presented on the big screen, in a cabaret-style evening in the Regal Lounge of Wymondham Ex-Services Club in Friarscroft Lane, from 7pm for a 7.30pm start. Tickets are £5, which must be booked in advance, with cash payment on arrival.
There will also a raffle and cinema style treats will be provided by locally-based Bee Sweet. To book, text your name to 07851 370666 or email tony@valemail.uk
