Wymondham Nature Group (WyNG), the local members’ group of Norfolk Wildlife Trust, resumes its programme of indoor talks at Town Green Community Centre (next to Wymondham Methodist Church) on Thursday 10th March at 7.30pm, with an illustrated talk by Mike Harvey on Ugandan Mountain Gorillas.

Mike will be speaking about a trip made with his son in 2018 to Kidepo National Park in the north of Uganda near the border with south Sudan, a location rarely visited by Europeans, and a trip on the same visit to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest near the border with the Democratic Republic of Congo, where there are several gorilla groups.  Mike and his son also saw several other animals and interesting birds.

The group is looking forward to welcoming members and friends to its 2022 programme of meetings. The meeting room will be well ventilated and hand sanitiser will be available. Wearing of face coverings/masks is up to the individual. All welcome - admission £2. For further details contact Ann Carpenter on 01508 488337.
