Wild tribe

We are Wymondham Wild Tribe, a friendly and welcoming free group, created to meet with like-minded outdoorsy families and to get out more in nature while creating a supportive tribe. We meet up in different local places such as The Lizard, Ketts Park woods, different parks and free outdoor places weekly on a Tuesday morning and Wednesdays after school as well as occasionally other days and times too.

Everyone in the group is welcome to set up their own local outdoors meetups using the Facebook page. All expecting parents and families/carers with babies and children of all ages can meet with us and have fun! It's great to get outside, away from screens and the isolation of being at home and meet with like-minded friends. Our tribe supports each other through the challenges little people bring with joy and laughter.

We have lots of fun jumping in muddy puddles, climbing trees, playing with parachutes, exploring, and walking. At times we walk a few metres before the children find a place they want to settle. Each meetup is unique and child focused.

The lockdowns meant that many of us have missed out on connections with other families, leading to many challenges and Wymondham Wild Tribe offers you the opportunity now to reconnect with other families and with nature, both for you and for your little people.

Feel free to check out our Facebook page Wymondham Wild Tribe and join our Chat group too where we advertise all our meetups and keep in touch. It's always wonderful to meet new families, our tribe is growing beautifully and all are very welcome. Hope to see you soon!
