Wymondham Photographic Society had a ‘Tryptic’ competition this month, where members submitted a panel of three images that had to work together as a panel, as well as three separate pictures.

This time it was just an open completion for everyone, no tiers, and drew 31 entries of some very different and interesting panels.

The judging was done by three club members scoring out of 5 each, so the maximum score was 15. In the end three panels got a 15, and the overall winner was chosen as Lydia Taylor’s wonderful panel ‘Jellyfish’. The runners up were Tony Palmer’s great mono study ‘Angles’, and Gavin Bickerton-Jones with an Osprey panel ‘Dive Dive Dive’.
