Like many other groups at this time of year, Wymondham Rotary Satellite Group have been reflecting on the successes of 2022 and planning for 2023.

In the last year we have been able to give financial support to Star Throwers and Homestart Norfolk for new computers and cash support to the Community Outreach Programme for the food bank. We've run a monthly 100 Club, arranged quizzes, we've supported at the Jazz Picnic and Remembrance Day, we've joined in at Wynterfest and of course we brought you Wymondham's first Food and Drink Festival. We also arranged for a local young person to go on Rotary Young Leaders residential scheme. We're looking for a candidate to go on the next event so let us know of anyone aged 18-24 who would benefit from this wonderful opportunity.

That's quite a lot for a small group of volunteers! Not resting on our laurels, oh no. We're already planning our next Quiz Night on May 12th and the Food and Drink Festival will be held on Sunday June 25th. Please put the dates in your diaries and we really hope to see you there.

Every penny of profit that we raise is handed over to local charities and we could do so much more. Why not come and see if you'd like to join us and help at those 2023 events? Just email us at wymrsg@gmail.com or contact us through our Facebook page.
